From our series of traditional Irish designs and inspired by an East Cork Parochial house, these house plans are designed to face east or south.
It features a lobby with space for boot store, a well lit living room and a generous kitchen-dining.
Both the living and kitchen-dining open onto a private patio terrace. Off the kitchen-dining, there are also a utility room and toilet.
On the ground floor there is also a family room with fireplace.
The bedroom accommodation is on the first floor and consists of five double bedrooms; the master bedroom faces south, the other bedrooms face east to catch the morning sun. The master bedroom is en-suite and walk in wardrobe. There is also a bathroom and a generous hot-press on the first floor.
Externally the house is finished in a simple palette of plaster, slate, dark fascias and windows and half round gutters.
One of the possible variations is shown at the bottom side reel of pictures, showing a bay window with balcony and French doors over and glazed porch. If you'd like this version, please specify.
