Inspired by a traditional picturesque cottage from north Munster, these house plans are designed to face south primarily - or else east.

Accommodation consists of kitchen-dining as the dominant space in the house with a separate light filled living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace.

On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite and a guest toilet.

Upstairs, there are three bright and airy double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom and hot-press.

Externally the house is finished in a simple palette of plaster, slate, dark fascias and windows and half round gutters.
