One of a series of house designs inspired by parochial houses in Ireland, this simple classic home is designed to face east primarily, but may orientated south or if mirrored west.

It features a a generous dining-kitchen with a large utility and toilet off it a large light-filled living room, a family room.

Bedroom accommodation is on the first floor and consists of five large double bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a walk in wardrobe. One other bedroom is en-suite.

Externally the house is finished in plaster, slate and lead roof, dark fascias and windows and half round gutters.
