If mirrored, it can also face west.

Living accommodation consists of a separate kitchen-dining, family room and living room located on the ground floor.

The kitchen-dining is located in the single storey block with a cathedral ceiling and a large utility and toilet off. It opens on to a sheltered west facing patio to catch the evening sun, which links through to the living room also.

The spacious living room is brightly lit with windows on three sides and enjoys south and west sun and also opens up to the dining patio.

There is a separate south facing family room and a large ground floor bedroom with en-suite.

Upstairs, there are four large double bedrooms, each facing south. The master bedroom is en-suite with a walk in wardrobe. A bathroom and hot-press are also located on the first floor.

Externally the house is finished in a simple palette of plaster, slate, dark fascias and windows, half round gutters.
