Derived from traditional Cork farm house design, these house plans retain the traditional flat front elevation.

This house is primarily designed to face south, or alternatively east and if mirrored, west.

The house presents a flat front elevation, with the porch integrated into the building volume. Accommodation consists of well lit large kitchen-dining located to the south and west of the house – to catch the daytime and evening sun.

There is a separate living room with fireplace. A utility room and toilet are also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are four large double bedrooms, each facing south. The master bedroom is en-suite with a walk in wardrobe.

A bathroom and hot-press are also located on the first floor.

Externally the house is finished in a simple palette of plaster, slate, dark fascias and windows and half round gutters.
