Accommodation consists of an airy and light-filled open plan living space with cathedral ceiling which opens onto patios to the south and west, 3 double bedrooms, which all face south, a bathroom, utility and large hot press.

There is also an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe to the Master Bedroom.

The Master Bedroom has an east facing window – to catch the morning sun.

Externally the house is finished in a simple palette of plaster, slate, dark fascias and windows and half round gutters.
