One of a series of designs based on large parochial houses, these house plans are designed  is designed to face south primarily, but may be orientated east or if mirrored west. 

It features a flat fronted elevation with a porch integrated into the main building. On the ground floor there is a generous dining-kitchen located to catch the southern sun. Off this is a utility and toilet. There is also a large living room and a family room. Both the kitchen dining and family room open onto a shared south facing patio.

Bedroom accommodation is on the first floor and consists of four spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom and one other bedroom are en-suite. There is also a bathroom and a hot-press.

Externally the house is finished in plaster, slate and zinc roof, dark fascias and windows and half round gutters.
